This site is for Freaking Ding Bat, a Long Beach studio. It collects only what you type into a form: a commission, a mural request, a contact note, a coloring-page email, a game score, or the Collector's List (which now includes the 20% follow-up code).
Those forms are meant to land in a Netlify Forms inbox and, when the list is connected, in an email service (the plan recommends Brevo). The studio uses them to answer you, send a coloring PDF, send a game reward code, or keep a score. They are not sold.
When you finish Cave Bat, Pumpkin Snatch or Neon Bat Flyer, the game can ask for an email so a code for $5 off any order can be sent. A mobile number is optional. The text checkbox starts unchecked. A text is one message, and only if you agree to it. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. While delivery is off, the form is stored and the code is not sent.
The offer popup and the coloring unlock remember your choice in localStorage on your own device. That data does not leave the browser until you submit a form. You can clear it in your browser settings. Dismissing the popup hides it for 30 days.
Checkout, once it is connected, happens on Stripe. Card numbers are not typed into this site. Stripe's own policy covers that page.
Analytics are off until a Plausible domain is set. The scaffold does not load a tracking script, and it does not use advertising cookies.
The mural map is an OpenStreetMap embed. Loading that page asks their servers for map tiles. The site does not add a map API key.
To ask for a copy of a note you sent, or to be taken off the list, use the contact form. The finished policy should name the inbox that actually receives that request.
