Orange County walls tend to be storefronts, courtyard patios, and the side of a music room, not downtown alleys. The process is the same as Long Beach: request a quote for a custom mural. The planning is different because the sun is meaner and a lot of the good walls face a parking lot at four in the afternoon.
Santa Ana and Costa Mesa are the usual first drive south. Anaheim and Fullerton are inland and hotter. Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach add salt and a marine layer that is not the Long Beach version. Name the city in the request. If the wall is in an HOA, the approval has to already exist. This studio does not attend the meeting.
The picture is still a Freaking Ding Bat picture. Bats and gargoyles and flowers that look slightly dangerous. A café can ask for its name worked into the drawing. A patio can ask for something quieter than a full horror scene. Say which one you want. A pale pink and a dusty cyan read better in hard sun than a muddier palette, and that is a practical note, not a mood board.
Bring a daylight photo and a measurement. Do not send an alarm code. If the wall needs a lift, say so. Equipment and prep needs are part of the quote.
A wall in Los Angeles County is a different page, even when it feels close, because the counties are the boundary the studio picked. A wall past both counties is quoted case by case.

Can I request a mural quote in Orange County?
Yes. Orange County is one of the three primary service areas, with Long Beach and Los Angeles County. Travel from Long Beach is factored into the quote.
Which cities can ask?
Any city in Orange County. Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Anaheim, Fullerton, and Laguna Beach are named here because people ask about them. A city that is not on the list is still in the county, and can still request a quote.
Are HOA walls and storefronts both possible?
A storefront is possible when the business has the right to paint it. An HOA wall is possible only when the HOA has already said yes in writing. The studio will not talk an association into a mural.
How do you handle sun and marine air?
A west-facing wall in Huntington or Laguna takes more sun and salt than a patio in Fullerton. Pigment gets chosen for that wall.
Can a city outside the three areas still ask?
Yes. Outside Long Beach, Los Angeles County, and Orange County, murals are quoted case by case. Use the commission form for a wall past that line.
